Egg Tart with Crispy skin

Hi .... Everyone who likes to eat egg tart ?

Here's a recipe to make egg tarts similar to those found at KFC:

- 1 package of pre-made puff pastry dough

- 4 eggs

- 1 cup of sugar

- 1 cup of milk

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon of salt

- Optional: sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon for flavor

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.

2. Roll out the puff pastry dough to about 1/8 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.

3. Use a round cookie cutter or a glass to cut out circles of dough slightly larger than the base of each muffin cup. Press the dough circles into the bottom of each cup, forming a tart shell.

4. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. You can also add a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon for added flavor if desired.

5. Carefully pour the egg mixture into each tart shell, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the egg mixture is set and the pastry is golden brown.

7. Remove the tarts from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes in the muffin tin before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

8. Serve the egg tarts warm or at room temperature.

This recipe provides a basic egg tart similar to those found at KFC, but please keep in mind that KFC's recipe may include additional ingredients or techniques that may differ.
