Recipe for cooking grilled chicken 

1 whole chicken
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of paprika powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
1 teaspoon of cayenne powder 

1. Clean the chicken and rinse it with running water until clean. Pat dry the chicken using kitchen towels.
2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, and cayenne powder. Stir well until it becomes a paste.
3. Apply the spice paste onto the entire surface of the chicken, including the inside. Let the chicken marinate in the seasoning for at least 1 hour or overnight in the fridge. Make sure all sides of the chicken are coated with the spice mixture.
4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Prepare a grilling rack in a greased baking tray.
5. Place the chicken on the grilling rack and place it in the preheated oven. Grill the chicken for about 1 hour or until the skin becomes golden brown and crispy.

6. Once done grilling, remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool for a while before cutting and ready to Serve !
