How to cook Enoki beef roll

This is one of my favorites menu for our dinner, but I think you will like it too if you try this recipe, it's quite simple but taste is good . 
All the ingredients is also eazy to find in supermarket. 

If you never try this yet let's try maybe your kids like this kind of meal ,nice to eat it with white rice or just deep it with your favorite sauce, spicy sauce is recommended actually, ya.. so
Here's a recipe for Enoki Beef Rolls:


Ingredients:

- 1 pound thinly sliced beef (such as ribeye or sirloin)

- 1 bunch enoki mushrooms

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

- 2 teaspoons soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- 1 teaspoon grated ginger

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Toothpicks (to secure rolls)

- Cooking oil


Instructions:

👉 Prep the enoki mushrooms by trimming the root ends and separating them into individual clusters.


👉 In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.


👉 Lay out a slice of beef and place a cluster of enoki mushrooms and a few slices of green onions at one end.


👉 Roll the beef tightly around the filling, securing it with a toothpick. Repeat this process for the remaining beef slices.


👉 Heat some cooking oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.


👉 Place the beef rolls in the pan, seam side down, and cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned.


👉 Carefully flip the rolls and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the beef is cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside.


👉 Remove the rolls from the pan, and allow them to rest for a few minutes. Then remove the toothpicks.


Note: You can also do different way , boil the beef roll with gravy,so the beef roll will more tasty till inside.
