This time I will make a stir-fried vegetable recipe with canned fish.

This vegetable is very suitable to be eaten with white rice.

My family all likes the way I make this.

This canned fish can be bought at the supermarket. Maybe the brand will be different in each country. Because I also see many brands here.

This canned fish is combined with dried black soybeans which make the taste just right.

For the vegetables, it can vary according to your taste.

This canned fish can be combined with bitter melon, long beans or other vegetables.

The way to make it is very easy.






Ingredients:

1 kg of vegetables

1 can of canned fish

3 cloves of garlic

Salt and sugar for seasoning.

Oil for stir-frying.


How to make it:


Heat the pan, add oil and sauté the garlic.

After cooked, add the vegetables that have been washed and cut according to taste. Stir-fry until wilted and add the canned fish and dried black soybeans, stir well until the fish is hot enough. Add salt and sugar to taste, because the canned fish is already slightly salty. After that, remove from heat and serve.


This fish has a slightly rough and tough texture, so when cooking, you should check it first. You may prefer to cook it until tender. So cook it for a little longer.

Actually, this fish is already cooked, just need to be heated.
